Grass Valley, California

One place.
From the beginning.

Our Black Angus herd is born and raised on 160 acres in the Sierra Nevada foothills. The cattle move through five paddocks, eating pasture, our own hay, and alfalfa. No grain. No feedlots.

It’s a small, direct arrangement: you know where your beef comes from, and we know whose table it’s headed to.

Your deposit goes toward your beef total. We confirm availability before collecting it. Weights and freezer space are estimates; final beef pricing follows actual hanging weight. Butcher fees are separate and paid directly to the butchers.
